Our Residential Development division is already well positioned to help address this need. With a pipeline of active projects, it oversees the seamless integration of each individual aspect of residential developments to ultimately deliver comprehensive real estate projects thoughtfully designed for living.
Covering a broad spectrum of residential property types including villas, townhouses and apartments, we employ state-of- the-art technology to develop high quality and energy efficient properties, ranging from affordable, contemporary family homes to high-end, luxury properties.
Our modern, reputed residential units sensitively consider local market needs and aim to set a new benchmark in property development standards. Our diverse portfolio offers both contemporary family living and luxury design solutions. Built to be energy efficient, our homes offer significant lifetime savings due to improved running and maintenance costs.
At present, the division’s primary project is the development of a single, large-scale mixed-use compound in the heart of Jeddah – J | ONE, which began construction in 2016.
Representing a new era in gated communities, J | ONE will boast contemporary homes surrounded by beautifully landscaped outdoor spaces and thoughtfully created inner areas.
The J | ONE residence is uniquely located on a site of more than 65,000 square meters in north west of Jeddah in Al Salamah area, and will have 242 apartments ranging from one to four bedrooms. The parking area will be equipped with solar panels, and will be able to hold up to 310 vehicles. Residents of the complex will have convenient access to the city’s business district, and to various facilities including health and fitness centers, play areas for children, and swimming pools.
With something for everyone, J | ONE will set the standard for future projects in Saudi Arabia.
