In the long form article, they state that individual companies or groups of companies can share their unique capabilities by partnering in specific regions.

Best Buy Health, Boston Children’s Hospital, Alphabet, Microsoft, Validi, and others have joined the Health Equity and Access Leadership (HEAL) Coalition to mitigate health disparities through technology.”
