Abdul Latif Jameel has a long and proud history of excellence in Turkey, with its ‘guest first’ philosophy and dedication to consistently delivering high service standards. This commitment has been recognized year-on-year in many regional and national awards. In addition to the acknowledgment of its external operations, Toyota Turkey has also received a number of awards crediting its internal environment, where employees are viewed as the business’ most valuable asset and there is a ‘very high level of ‘corporate culture’, according to The Great Place to Work® Institute.

In September 2019, Toyota Turkey added to its extensive accolades when it won a GOLD Stevie® Award in the category of ‘HR Achievement in Employee Engagement’ in the fourth annual Stevie Awards for Great Employers, and also receiving the prestigious Grand Stevie Award for the highest-rated nomination of the year. This award reflects the business’ consistent commitment to creating – and maintaining – a strong, open and engaged corporate culture, where employees are inspired and able to thrive.

The Stevie Awards for Great Employers recognize the world’s best employers and the human resources professionals, teams, achievements and HR-related products and suppliers who help to create and drive great places to work.

More than 600 nominations from organizations of all sizes were submitted this year for consideration in a wide range of HR-related categories, including Achievement in Workplace Safety & Compliance, Employer of the Year, Chief Human Resources Officer of the Year, Human Resources Team of the Year, Employee Relations Solution Provider of the Year among others. More than 60 professionals worldwide participated in the judging process to select this year’s Stevie Award winner.
