#TogetherTuesday: staying healthy at home
It’s #TogetherTuesday at Abdul Latif Jameel, and this week, we’re getting physical!
According to the World Health Organization (WHO), regular exercise is more important than ever during the COVID-19 pandemic, when staying indoors sees us moving less than usual. The WHO’s ‘Be Active’ campaign recommends regular physical activity to benefit both the body and mind, to help give our days at home a routine, and as a great way to stay in contact with family and friends.
With this in mind, we are proud to see so many of our people dedicated to staying healthy at home!
