Land and Real Estate

Building communities for a more beautiful tomorrow

Our commercial land and real estate business was established in 2012, following decades of proven experience with our owned property development.

Today, Abdul Latif Jameel Properties is a leading developer of residential and commercial communities in Saudi Arabia.

Abdul Latif Jameel Properties’ capabilities encompass the broad spectrum of residential property development, employing state-of-the-art technology and construction techniques to deliver high quality, energy-efficient and affordable contemporary family homes; residential apartments, and lifestyle communities.

In conjunction with residential community development, Abdul Latif Jameel Properties manages a land and property portfolio comprising corporate offices, automotive showrooms and service centers, logistics distribution centers, training facilities, and operational centers across the Middle East and North Africa, and from Europe to Far East Asia.

And in 2017, Saudi Arabia’s largest facilities management business, Muheel, was created through a joint venture with Al Muhaidib Group.

Actively supporting the ambitious goals of Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 real estate and infrastructure project vision – which recently exceeded US$ 1.1 trillion – Abdul Latif Jameel Properties draws upon its leading position to seek to address the needs of the country’s growing population, creating lifestyle communities that offer beautiful, sustainable homes, recreational facilities and spaces designed for modern living.

Innovation and creative design add value, comfort, and a quality of life experience in communities with residents’ wellbeing at their core, to cater to clients’ aspirations, enriching the lives of the people we work with, through collaboration, care, integrity, and trust.
